For Housing Corporations

BCI Gebouw helps housing corporations gain control over the environmental impact and circularity of their real estate portfolio. With a single tool, they can quickly assess the sustainability of their housing stock, analyze renovation scenarios, and make strategic decisions based on reliable data.

This supports not only compliance with NPCE goals, CSRD, and EU Taxonomy reporting, but also tender processes and subsidy programs such as MIA/Vamil, where circularity and environmental impact are increasingly required. BCI Gebouw’s archetype-based approach provides a strong benchmark for every housing type.

This enables data-driven decision-making and sustainable portfolio management. Additionally, BCI Gebouw is widely used by housing corporations to assess circular maintenance and transformations.

Exclusive Housing Portfolio License for Housing Corporations

Many housing corporations primarily seek insight into material-related performance rather than performing calculations themselves. That’s why BCI Gebouw offers an exclusive Housing Portfolio License for housing corporations.

Two License Variants

  1. Basic – Provides access to the performance data of the entire housing portfolio within BCI Gebouw (all housing archetypes). No modifications or alternative calculations can be made.
  2. Extended – In addition to performance insights, this version allows alternative material calculations, design scenario evaluations, archetype modifications, and optimization of planned maintenance transformations.

Both variants allow housing corporations to receive calculations for a home or archetype from a BCI Gebouw account of a supply chain partner. The number of users is unlimited throughout the license duration. The Housing Portfolio License is available for 12, 36, or 60 months.

Quick Circularity Assessment

For a fast, high-level circularity indication, the Housing Portfolio in BCI Gebouw includes predefined calculations for Product-Market Combinations (PMCs) for new construction and archetypes for existing buildings. These calculations cover both single-family homes and multi-story buildings in various sizes and material compositions. Housing corporations can customize PMCs and archetypes and store them for future use.

Support for Circular Material Selection

BCI Gebouw also assists in selecting alternative, more circular building materials and products to help housing corporations achieve their circular ambitions. A material selection menu with the most commonly used building materials for new construction, planned maintenance, and renovations, along with potential alternatives, is included in the Housing Portfolio License.
